Eastside Psychology Services was founded in 2003 by Dr. E. Andrea Shadrach.

Dr. Shadrach is a licensed psychologist and has practiced as a school psychologist in both New York and Washington states. She understands the ethics and laws governing the unique concerns of children and adolescents with special needs and is open-minded, non-judgmental and sensitive to the needs and concerns of this diverse clientele. Dr. Shadrach has a background in elementary education, mental health counseling and training in neuropsychology. She is currently pursuing her American Board Certification in school neuropsychology to further enhance the depth and clarity of directions emanating from her evaluations.
